Merci Larry is a personal publication, run by Alice Roussel.

• I currently work for Pictarine Inc. and I'm authorised to share learnings from our growth ops (experiments, use cases related to our vertical) as well as learnings from our academy (management, leadership, feedback, etc.).
• As a personal publication on which articles are most likely published erratically, the aim is not to gain tons of subscribers. Instead, it’s about sharing learnings and fostering discussions with peers.
• Some articles are behind a paywall. Why? Pictarine Inc. allows me to share certain information transparently. When I publish such content, I use a paywall to ensure that only those genuinely interested can access it.
• I no longer have social media accounts, except for LinkedIn. I prefer relying on my subscriber list to notify long-time readers when a new article is published, as I don’t actively promote every piece I write.
• I regularly clean the subscriber base, keeping only those who have opened the last few emails to ensure I’m notifying the most engaged readers.
